Stopped in at Buffalo’s Cafe in Woodstock today around midday. The place wasn’t busy at all, which made it surprising when the hostess sat us in the bar. Thankfully, the bartender also served as our waitress, and she was great—friendly, on point, and checked in just enough. We started with the Tangled Texas Twists. Solid choice. The chips were light and crispy, covered in queso, and loaded with more bacon than expected. Definitely a strong start. Good sports bar. We like getting the wraps, salads, wings, chicken tenders, chips, and fries. We like sitting at the bar. Service is great and very attentive! Food is consistently good and makes for a great lunch spot.

Editing as they STILL can't follow the directions of extra wet for the wing option. Food is good except they can not ever read or follow the directions in the notes. I select extra wet on the ordering section AND add in the notes to actually do the extra wet (per manager telling me to note it as well as select it)and never done correctly. Dry wings.

Dined with 6 others on Aug 16, 2025. We had Fajita chicken Tacos (photo) & Queso Verde Cheese Dip. The tacos come with chips & salsa. However, Buffalo's over values their salsa (photo), barely enough for 5 chips. They charge you $3 for more in a 4oz bowl. That's the reason for food & overall 4 stars. Also, the menu is a little faded and with the low light, hard to read. We’ll likely be back but I’ll bring some salsa.
