I came in on a Saturday night and they were overwhelmed and having an internet issue. Customers were experiencing long waits and quite a few people left. But we decided to wait out the storm. We waited close to 30 minutes to be seated. The food was outstanding! I still gave it 5 stars even though they need to work on customer service especially when navigating a crisis. Great food and great service. The restaurant is small and intimate. Our first experience was when they first opened. The chicken with string beans was one of the best I've had. The dumplings were very good. The service was excellent. They were very busy with takeout but ensured that diners were taken care of. On our second visit, the dining room was packed but service was still very attentive. The chicken and string beans was a little bland this time but dumplings were just as good.

It’s crazy to me how hard it is to find a restaurant that has both good food and service - they’ve got it here! It was our first time coming in, we had a lot of questions and they were so kind and patient helping us, with smiles on their faces! The food was out very timely and when I took everything out I could see how they packaged it up so thoughtfully! I’m thinking, okay good on everything so far… but how’s the food??
