I stopped by Dunkin' hoping for a quick breakfast, but it was honestly one of the most frustrating experiences I have had in a while. The inside was a complete mess, with trash overflowing from the bins and tables that clearly had not been wiped down all morning. To make matters worse, the staff seemed completely overwhelmed and frustrated, which made the whole ordering process feel incredibly tense. By the time I finally got my coffee and donut, the coffee was barely lukewarm and the food tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. I definitely won't be coming back to this location again.

Ordered a hot chocolate with cinnamon and whipped cream.Put on the odor screen for drive through hot chocolate with caramel swirl.I told them I did not like caramel.Did not want it in my hot chocolate.They proceeded to tell me, they wouldn't put it in and would add cinnamon.Still got a hot chocolate with caramel swirl.Couldn't drink it

I used to love going to this location. Until today when I went and had a decent sized order and when I received my large latte the lid was dirty and my ice I think was used because there was what I’m hoping/assuming is whipped cream frozen in it and I didn’t get whipped cream or cinnamon and sugar in my drink. I got a regular latte not a signature and I’m actually disgusted. Who knows where that stuff was or how long it was sitting around and they gave it to a paying customer.
