Customer service is an absolute joke. I ordered chicken alfredo and it came with no sauce. Looked like butter noodles. I called and told them that and I was met with “I saw them put sauce on it” and then got hung up on. Called back and said the same thing and asked who the guy was that was rude and the lady said I’m not giving you that information and hung up. GM will be called and hopefully actually teach some customer service to the employees. Never ordering from here again.

They are liars. They don't do what has been done since the sandwiches first became available. Since 2020, they stopped making food the way the customer wants it. And, instead of just being honest, the woman at the counter decided to straight up lie. Yes dominos always let me have extra pizza cheese on my chicken habenero sandwich. Maybe its just wooster sucks and doesn't care. For a FACT Westlake put extra pizza cheese on my sandwich every time i ordered it. But the lying to my face as if i didnt pay for it and eat it regularlyfor years before movung to this area is a terrible way to conduct b

I’ve never had any issues in the past with this location, but tonight was a major disappointment. My wife and I ordered a medium pizza, one half was ham and pineapple, other half was pepperoni. I only ate 2 of my pieces because they all looked like this. Little no cheese. For $14 ish dollars I expect better. It may be awhile until I order from here again

I usually like them, but 2 hours for delivery- no. The excuses were lame. I get you are busy, so you bump ppl who have more expensive orders? Not cool.
