This warm and stylish restaurant is centrally located downtown. There is plenty of metered street parking and a couple of garage within walking distance, but it’s worth the short walk. The large, open, welcoming space has plenty of room for parties and meetings. We always get attentive and friendly servers. I have visited multiple 110 locations over the years and have always had good experiences, with no complaints. Unfortunately, this location was a major disappointment. Our food took a long time to arrive, and when it finally did, it was cold and bland. When our server checked on us, I mentioned that the food was cold, but she simply acknowledged it and moved on without offering a solution. The service continued to decline from there. We went for lunch on a Sunday. I had the fish tacos which had zero flavor. All I could taste was the onions. My wife had chicken on a cauliflower crust. She couldn't eat most of the crust because it was so hard. We told the server that we were in a time crunch. She brought the check but never came back to pick it up so I had to overtip rather than wait to get change. I get that you were understaffed. We went here because we were staying in the hotel attached to the restaurant in a blizzard. The service and atmosphere were great. We had a patriots pour drink, crab dip, risotto and cake. All were fresh and tasted good.
