Root & Press Café is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome- especially Sarah, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. The food was outstanding. The Bavo cheese melt was perfectly made, the smoothie was fresh and delicious, and the cappuccino was excellent—rich, smooth, and exactly what you hope for. My son absolutely loved his grilled cheese and fries, and the fact that he was so comfortable and happy says everything. He’s already asking when we can come

This place is sooo cute and homey. When you think coffee shop, this is it. Perfect Sunday morning, coffee shop bookstore vibe! They even have a corner for kids. I found the cutest Eric carl book for my 5 month old son. I wish they were still in Tatnuck square because that’s closer to me! lol. It’s worth the 15 minute drive and I will be back. The employees were so nice and they found me wandering around the book store to give me my coffee order. 10/10 service , 10/10 vibes. OH and I almost forgot? The campfire iced coffee was so good and so cute. And the fig goat cheese bagel combo, FIRE!!!! L

I LOVED this place! So cute and cozy, a great place to chat or snuggle up with a book. I love how there’s multiple areas, a coffee bar type situation, tables amongst books, and even restaurant style seating with booths! So something for everyone :). The waiters were so kind and helpful it was a really nice place to enjoy a bite. My matcha was so delicious and same with the bagel with goat cheese and fig jam, it was the perfect amount of savory and sweet!
