“Great experience, fast service and great service and excellent food”

My wife typically doesn't eat Wendy's. I really wanted some so I pled my case. "Honey, you know Wendy's food is typically good" let's give it a shot. The nuggets were cold to the touch, fries old and cold burgers were not great. Strawberry lemonade was good but overall a serious let down 😤

I needed food for my video submission to become Wendy's Chief Tasting Officer. 😄 Mission Accomplished with the $6 Biggie Bag and a Classic Chocolate Frosty. Sometimes going inside beats the drive-thru. Ms. Kim was kind and courteous in serving all the patrons. Great job! This is my preferred location, and they'll see me more when I get the job. 😁

ordered through their website. Added a note to please be sure all sauces and drinks are there. Fast food delivery services are often notorious for leaving out your requested sauces. I paid for the sauces. They sent me zero of my paid and requested sauces. The junior bacon cheeseburger was not there. It was a completely different burger. The fries were cold. It did not take the driver long to get to my house, so I'm confident that they were just not fresh fries. I called the store. This was the second time in a row I had a messed up order. They refuse to refund your card on your account. I have

Food was good, service was not, I was standing in front of the register ready to pick up my mobile order, it took a few minutes to be noticed, there was the lady packing the fries and I smiled and she must turn to the other side, the cashier came and just stand there but didn't greet or said how can I help you. Finally after telling her I was picking up a mobile order, they just started getting it ready... horrible social skills cooking there.
