Messed up my order and was told to get a refund through the app but it tells you to contact the store directly. I called the number and it rings and rings and no one ever actually answers the phone. Submitted a complaint through my order and it said I would get a response in 2-3 days which I have not. Bad experience in general I guess I will try to visit to voice my complaint in person since no one can be bothered to answer at all!! Update I went to the drive through and they made it right. They need to update the app and make it easier to get in contact.

Burger was ok but the Philly cheesesteak eggrolls were god awful. Oily almost tasted like nothing. Wouldnt even feed them to my dog. I was going to ask about a coupon I had but an AI speaker not an actual person. Couldnt go inside all drive thru. Pulled up got our drinks and told we have to drive to the other side to pick up our food in the drive thru where we have to pick up our order out of the passenger window. Very ackward setup. Also got food poisoning I definitely will not be back at this location ever.

Pretty standard fast food place in the city/burbs and they don't order wrong often like I've found in the surrounding area locations and even other local fast food places. Friendly for the most part. Always rush you on the ordering speaker.even if there's nobody behind you and makes you feel like your an inconvenience to their day a bit.

Whoever is in charge of the online orders is awful at it. Apparently they take the online order and then manually put it into their system. Except they put in the wrong burgers often. Especially if you order a limited item. Then when you try to call it just rings and rings and rings and rings and rings and rings, they have to have the ringer turned off. The place is falling apart, the drive through menu is always missing half the food. What happened to this location?
