Not only that people putting two different orders on a bag and then having to dig it all back out to figure out what is what. Not only that doing it without gloves or any kind of urgency or respect for the customer. I can see why people like Popeyes more. Go anywhere but here. Lance through the drive-thru for my order they told me I had to come inside because they were working on it half hour later finally getting an answer after I have to go up and ask again.
LaShelle Greene★★We've been here two times in the last month. I don't know what's changed but leadership is absent. There is no urgency in order delivery. Its sad because we could count on this store for accuracy, friendliness and speed. We wont be back.
kelsey gingrich★Not only did they completely mess up the order it was someone’s bright idea to give me extra chicken (that was gross, soggy and had been sitting out) and biscuits INSTEAD of two sides of Mac and cheese. Lazy & unprofessional go anywhere but here. Ps: if you want hair free food don’t go here! Had a nice blonde hair as a surprise in my KFC bowl. Just nasty.
