“The staff was professional and food was fresh”

Kind of disappointed here. I frequently visit this location but to me it's the best one in the neighborhood. Walked in to pick my mom's order up, took over 20 minutes, was told my other pies are what I wasting for. Took another 3 minutes as I was told which is fine. Being ignored like I was was the issue. I was there with my phone out mobile order counter ready and got ignored while 3 other customers were serviced, nobody acknowledged the man in the wheelchair struggling with the lobby doors that have no automatic help for people in his state. I helped this man LOUDLY to make a point. And then

Standard fair for McDonald's. Quick time in the drive through with easy parking and plenty of spaces. I only received 2 napkins for 2 combo meals. We all know 2 is never enough. But quick and hot food made up for it. I could tell everything was fresh and had not been sitting around. The person handing food out the pickup windows looked like it was the worst day of their lives with no smiles, thank you or have a good day.

This place forgets to out items in the bag all the time. Food is good and service is good when it's right, but forgetting items late night when the roads are bad. Absolutely disappointed. Had to take a loss because it's too dangerous to drive back out for some chicken nuggets. Hopefully next time they do better.
