At the Xenia Ohio KFC the food was excellent, the service was so fast, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered fresh potato wedges and Joe brought them out to my car. He was very nice and friendly so I would like to give him five stars and another 5 stars to this restaurant THEY ROCK!!!

This is my last time coming here. I’ve made a mobile order two days in a row for my child. Wait until the app states it’s ready, pull up to the speaker to then have to be told the food is not ready, they give every excuse. From it’s been busy to the fryers aren’t working right to the fryers are being filtered to I ordered too much food. Then I have to sit and wait another 20-30 minutes for the food to be ready. The workers seem annoyed with me and all I’m trying to do is give them business. I learned my lesson after dealing with this problem one too many times. I’ll take my business down the s

We placed a Doordash order this evening. It was terrible. We spent 70 on food. All of it was inedible. I'm not one to complain but the food literally couldn't be eaten. They replaced our biscuits with some sort of buns. The dasher forgot our drink bags. The only thing we ate from our meal was our large coleslaw. Very frustrating.
