Calling service terrible would be too kind. From the moment I walked in until I picked up pizza, no employee ever asked if they could help me. Multiple people came in and were turned away at counter with employees claiming they weren’t taking orders due to backlog. If the app hadn’t notified me I would have had no idea the food was done. The food was 25 minutes late and mediocre at best. If I was the franchisor I’d be suspending this location. It is an embarrassment to the brand. I’d also be firing the pictured employees for being on their phone when people are waiting.

This is the worst Little Caesars I've encountered. I drive further away just to go out of my way to go to a different location. Service is slow. You'll wait longer for your food than they say, much longer. Customer service is awful. And the pizza they make is never quite right compared to other LC locations. Avoid.

I placed an order for 2 items online, and I waited for the notification that it was ready. Once I received the notification I assumed, like a fool, that my pizza was actually ready When I arrived, to my surprise my pizza was not in fact done, and I was informed that I would have to wait an additional 20 minutes So I waited the additional 20 minutes in my car and I returned to the counter and I was handed 2 boxes. When I got back in my car I decided to check the boxes they gave me and to my surprise once more, I had been given the wrong item… So I head back inside and I inform the gentleman

Absolutely nothing from this place is hot OR ready. Waiting over an hour for 3 pizzas and 2 crazy breads is absurd. You could conjure up a pizza with your mind faster than these suckers could make with the components right in front of them.
