I had never tried Vietnamese food before, and it is seriously so good! The flavor profiles are incredible and will definitely leave you craving it again. We actually stumbled upon this spot while taking a walk and noticed they had boba tea, which turned out to be such a treat. The drinks were amazing—the tapioca pearls were perfectly chewy, and the brown sugar milk tea was delicious. Kids had bball tournament in York college, so we decided to check out what this town has to offer. Found this gem of Vietnamese restaurant, we ordered the vegetarian noodles, chicken curry stir fried w/ veggies over rice, 4 fried spring rolls and two large pho specials. Total with tips came out to be around 105! The pho was authentic and more on the peppery side, and the curry stir fried was good! Over all it’s a friendly restaurant with awesome quick service and tasty food ! The locals here in york town are lucky to have these great family own restaurants that also serves great food!

We have had pho bistro about 3-4 times now and the food is great! We’ve tried a handful of things and they were all tasty! One thing we were disappointed with was the banh mi sandwich. The sauce was so sweet and overwhelming and they don’t have the pate, just slices of pork. Our favorites are A.10, S.6 (they use great quality meat, and for $15 you got a lot of meat in the soup! Worth it), C.6. Service is great but we prefer carrying out bc the location of the restaurant seems unsafe at night time.
