Prices are far higher than other Bellerias in the area. Staff was decent but from my perspective they were a little bit cold and not very inviting. The dining area looks like something out of a poorly funded prison system. I'd be curious to know what type of crowd they actually cater to. Having a paper menu that is literally starting to tear apart taped to your front counter as the only way for a customer to order (sans scanning QR code to pull one up on your phone) is really saying a lot about what your customer should expect in the way of dining. Placed an order last night before closing & found a big nasty piece of hair in my pizza , called back this morning to find out I couldn’t get a refund because “They need the pizza to see proof , not a receipt the pizza! “ which it was only $8 bucks I’ll get that disputed but the service & the quality of Belleria has changed! Tacky business! I will not be back!

If I knew they were going to be so slow and it would take almost 40 minutes to make a salad then I wouldn’t have went here. I would’ve went to pizza joes instead (typing this as I’m still sitting here waiting) Edit: got my salad and just got home and the fries are as cold as the lettuce. Will not be back here again.

We get pizza from this place at least 3 times a month. I love their sauce and their pizza always tastes great and fresh! Definitely one of my favorite, if not my favorite pizzeria in town!
