It was our first time here and it was an excellent experience. The staff was so friendly and super accommodating. We walked in with a larger group with no reservation after the YSU graduation and they bent over backwards to find a place for us in the patio area which worked out perfectly. They switched the TV to what we wanted to watch and made it a perfect experience. And, not to mention, the food is amazing. All of our meals were fantastic. Highly recommend MVR!!

I wish I would have taken pictures of our beautiful food. But we were hungry. This is my favorite restaurant in all of Youngstown. It's not only the best food but the atmosphere IS YOUNGSTOWN. This is the culture of our city all right here in one spot. I've had nearly every dish they serve because I grew up here. A cozy and clean place that serves wonderful Italian food! We had the Wedding Soup and the Grilled Chicken sandwich topped with Italian greens and roasted peppers! The breast was grilled to perfection and was generous in size. The soup, while not quite as good as mom used to make, was pretty darn good. :)
