I had a really good experience at McAlister's Deli. The food was fresh, tasty, and nicely prepared. I ordered a salad with grilled chicken and fruit, and everything tasted very fresh and balanced. The portion size was good and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. Overall a great place for a healthy meal or sandwich, and I would definitely come back again.

Normally my husband and I love coming here and haven’t had and issues in the past. But today I made a to-go order for a four cheese sandwich with Mac and cheese. When I picked it up I checked it once I got back to my car and it was missing the tomatoes. I asked my husband to please run it back in to have it fixed because one of the reasons I wanted this was because the tomatoes and the sandwich I paid for should have had them on it. Review of McAlister's Deli I recently had the pleasure of dining at McAlister's Deli, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. EDIT: 2/19/24 I’ve update my review for a couple reasons. 1st is that the GM Christopher called me shortly after I posted my initial review and was very apologetic. He asked me questions about the issues we had. He offered to buy our next meal the next time we came in. I appreciate that he acknowledged the order was not well put together and tried to find a remedy since we weren’t able to return same day. This time our order was perfectly fine and the food was really good. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will say it was also a very slow night since it’s a little later on a Monday. So food ca
