Just had a great customer service experience at the drive thru. I didn't catch his name but the young man working the window had a contagiously positive attitude was friendly and curious. My order was slightly delayed because the fries were not ready. Because there was no one in line he chatted with me a bit then had me move out front where he delivered my when it was ready. A+ on the customer service!
