Service at this bar really cold and inhospitable. Treats their customers as an inconvenience and bothersome. We arrived at about 8.30 pm been here for over an hour, with empty tables that they refused us. We dined at the bar. Tables still empty when we finished our meal. A picture of the service staff hard at work. We ordered rack of lamb,a bottle of Georgian wine and salad. Lamb was mediocre. Salad was fine. Avoid this place if you can

Disgusting and predatory bar. The only downside to my time in Samarkand. Came here one night the other week and on the table next to us was a group of 4 guys and 1 girl, they kept feeding her drinks and we figured they all knew each other. However the way they looked and spoke about her was vile. All taking turns kissing her as she drank more. Before we knew it they were rushing out, dapping up, shaking hands and laughing with the staff who did not intervene or help once. This is clearly a common occurrence and something they’re happy for men to do to women in their bar. After they’d left, one staff member came up to the lady and handed her a piece of paper, presumably the bill as not one of the men seemed to take the time to pay. Again this predatory behaviour is clearly a common occurrence for this bar, taking advantage of drunk women and enjoying a good laugh at her expense, even the female staff members. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Blues Bar is a fantastic spot for a fun evening! The cocktail menu is spot-on — tasty, creative, and pleasantly affordable. Huge shoutout to bartender Nikita for lifting the spirits (both literally and figuratively!) with amazing cocktails and great vibes all night. The place has a cool, relaxed atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. The only hiccup: smoking is allowed inside, and especially in the restroom, the smoke hangs so thick you might need a compass to find your way out! But all jokes aside, it’s a great bar where you can enjoy delicious drinks and a lively mood. Definitely worth a visit!

The bar is apparently split into two locations (?) and the one shown in most of the photos isn't open until 7pm. The one I was at didn't have any draft beer and only 3 types of bottled beer available. The third beer I ordered came at room temperature but they willingly provided me with ice. The mushroom soup was good and the quesadilla was fine, but a bit bland. I would NOT recommend the nachos with guacamole. First, the chips are not plain tortilla chips, but flavored. Second, I don't know what the "guacamole" is made out of, but it 100% is not avocado. The taste and texture made that abundantly clear. The restaurant also has no chill whatsoever and charged me 12Ksom for lemon that I requested to try to fix up the "guacamole" a bit. The service was quick and friendly and mostly in English.
