Cosa dice la gente
“It is one of the best Turkish Restaurants in Tashkent with amazing food. Food is perfectly done and most famous is Beef/Lamp Gyro Kabab which is usually all out by evening so we are left with chicken options. There bakery and chocolates are excellent.”
“If you want a beautiful setting for Turkish coffee or a special dinner, Otto is a solid choice. Just be prepared for potential service hiccups and definitely take a cab .”
“Well decorated modern Turkish restaurant. A predictable selection of dishes, good quality food, beautifully staged dining room and very reasonable prices - a combination you cannot go wrong with. Note that the parking is rather small so a cab is your friend.”

Le Li★★★Definitely overpriced. Service cannot be praised even on the condition that the lady can speak English. Food was not bad, however, its quality or taste, for sure, cannot meet the standards of such high prices in such a country with relatively low income. This mismatch surely results in a drop of expectation for both food and services especially when its service fee already rises to 20%. Atmosphere was the only thing that could be ranked “great”. However, this delicacy could be improved by creating a more harmonious environment with matching elements and not just the piles of decorations. Sorry for leaving such a negative review, but it indeed needs improvement to match its good reputation accumulated over the years.

Abdulla Axmadaliyev★★★★The food was delicious, featuring great flavors and presentation. The atmosphere was inviting and perfect for a relaxed meal. However, it's important to note that the prices are quite high, making it an expensive dining option. Despite this, the service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff ensuring a pleasant visit.
Alexander Zhuravlev★★★★I've been a regular at this cafe since 2022. The food is genuinely good, but the service is wildly inconsistent — sometimes excellent, sometimes unacceptable. Case in point: today (5th April, around 3 p.m.) I stopped in on my way home, looking forward to some tasty Turkish food. The lady at the reception handed me a menu, and then the entire staff simply vanished from the floor. After waiting 15 minutes with no one in sight, I had to leave hungry and frustrated. I know that reviews tend to skew negative, written in the heat of a bad experience, but this is a pattern, not a one-off. The place needs to deliver a more consistent level of service. From what I've seen, everything runs smoothly when their manager is on duty — the gentleman with the grey beard and red apron. If you spot him when you walk in, sit down and enjoy yourself. When he's not around, the team tends to switch off completely.

RAFAEL COHEN★Tourist trap…most expensive restaurant in the world. Ordered a dish ,they said it’s finished to push us the most expensive one on the menu… 50$ for juice going normally for 10$. For 2 people forced 20% service. Run away.
