I came for jazz night and got very bad service, my sister and I ordered tea and a glass of red wine which took over 30mins to arrive, this was after reminding the waitress. When our order arrived I had to remind the waitress to bring sugar and a spoon which I then had to follow her up on and also had to tell her she brought the wrong type of wine. Trying to correct the wine order took time and my tea got cold, I was told it couldn’t be heated as it would have to be another order. Suggestions; (1) train stuff to be familiar with types of wine and alcohol that is available at establishment. (2) train stuff to have better speed when attending to clients, if they don’t have the skill to remember orders, they should carry small note books. (3) anticipate busy nights when hosting special bands/artists and ensure there are enough people attending to clients.

Came here for the 1st time after work on Friday 12 April 2024 coz I was dying for a wrap and Nandos was out of my way. I ordered a chicken wrap for take out & was advised it would take 20mins. I only got it after 1hr 4mins... no jokes. I was LIVID! Make matters worse, it was NOT pleasing to the eye and bland. I regretted choosing moca moca... Never again!
