My family and I had an absolutely wonderful dinner at Chop Chop Pomona! The restaurant is beautifully designed... with a spacious outdoor dining area that’s perfect for relaxed meals, and a cozy indoor area with warm lighting that feels so inviting. Every detail... from the table arrangement to the ambiance, is thoughtfully done. The food was nothing short of amazing. We tried a variety of dishes... prawns, steak, fish, and chicken, and each one was packed with flavor. Sharing bites from each other’s plates made the experience even more enjoyable... and it was clear that the chefs take pride in every dish they serve. Chop Chop Pomona is incredibly family friendly, with spotless facilities and impeccable hygiene. From start to finish... our visit was a true delight, and we cannot wait to come back for another memorable meal. Highly recommended!

Chop Chop absolutely blew us away. The aesthetics are stunning, the modern, tech-forward vibe and that "MEAT ME INSIDE..." brick wall make for a fantastic atmosphere. The steak options are elite; mine was cooked to absolute perfection, juicy, and beautifully presented alongside a top-tier bar selection. On top of that, the hygiene standards were spotless, which made the whole experience feel premium. The only minor hitch was that the service was a bit slow, likely because the staff was under pressure keeping up with the rush. However, the food and atmosphere more than made up for it. I recently visited Chop Chop in Pomona and had mixed feelings about the experience. Starting with the positives: the food was okay — nothing particularly memorable, but not bad either. Portions were reasonable, and the flavors were decent. However, the biggest drawback was the very slow service. There was really no one to seat is down. Initially sat outside and no one came. Moved to indoor seating and it took forever for a waitress to come!it felt like an unusually long wait. There didn’t seem to be any sense of urgency, and staff weren’t very attentive or communicative during the delay. It wasn’t even peak hours, so the slowness stood out even more. I wouldn’t mind waiting if the food was exceptional, but given that it was just average, the long wait really affected the overall experience. If you’re planning to eat there, I’d recommend going when you have time to spare and lots of patience. Chop Chop has potential, but the service really needs to be improved for it to be a place I’

Had a nice lunch, staff was nice/helpful, and our food came quickly. My wife enjoyed the sushi and I had a chicken dish. Food was good, and the menu had similar fare as comparable restaurants in Harare. That said, there's something on the menu for everyone. Prices were fine. There is an outdoor playground for smaller children. Good place to eat if you are in this part of town.
