Average quality coffee. There is no branding of the establishment on the street. The staff is very nice and polite. The light bulbs on the street are also very cute. But unfortunately, the benches in front of the cafe are often occupied by people smoking. So if you want to sit and drink coffee, you will be forced to breathe in toxic smoke. The administration of the establishment does not prohibit smoking; there are no signs indicating that smoking is prohibited in public places. Often, children sit there, and adults smoke cigarettes right next to them, which obviously does not benefit the children’s health. This place is unfriendly for kids and people who don’t smoke.

I had my worst experience at your location on Gyulbenkyan 29. Your team is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I entered the hall at 22:00, and the first thing I heard from a girl with curly hair (I don’t know her name) was: “We are closing at 23:00.” No greeting, no kindness — just rudeness from the start. Every single staff member I interacted with was mean and unprofessional. This was by far my worst customer experience. I will not be returning, and I will be letting others know about the poor service.
