Ren was absolutely lovely, helping me set up my membership online. I struggle with technology and Ren was more than willing to help me. She promptly got my order ready and served it to me at the table… with a lovely smile. The coffee was amazing and the muffin delicious. It is so refreshing to see that some people continue to strive to deliver great customer service service, unlike many other places that don’t make any effort. Thank you again Ren for taking the time to help me. Thank you Zaraffas for the great coffee, food and atmosphere. I will definitely be a regular customer. 😊

So so so understaffed. So unacceptable waiting in drive thru for 15 mins for a coffees. Cars backed up for miles. Petrol at $2.25 a litre. Time is $. The franchisee of this store is skimping so much on wages (yes I am one also) that he clearly has no regard or value for his regular clientele. Very disappointing to say the least yet complaining makes absolutely Zero difference. Doesn’t deserve the support of locals if has no respect.

Unfortunately, zarraffas caloundra has been our go to over the last few years however the service and treatment to the customers and food quality gets worse and worse each time we go there. The rude blonde women with the grubs for eyelashes and long fake nails is extremely rude everytime without fail. She shouldn’t be on the front window. No customer service skills. It’s really appalling. She needs to go. Mentioned that I had said I had a second order and she would’ve heard me say it but was too busy talking to her work mates. When I said it AGAIN. She was so rude! Not the usual zarraffas calo

I come through nearly every day. The bright smiles welcoming faces and unreal service is always the best start to my day. You couldn’t ask for better staff, my local is Caloundra but Currimundi on occasion. Both stores are incredible. I will forever love my morning coffee to start the day right. Always consistent, best coffee and even better coffee. I can’t give a higher review. ❤️❤️
