First of all, a big thank you for adding dosa options to your menu — they’re rarely available in Darwin, and we truly appreciate it! However, in our honest opinion, there’s still quite a bit of room for improvement in terms of quality. Dosa: It would have been better if it had been fried for another 30 seconds to achieve a golden-brown colour and a crispier texture. The amount of ghee used also seemed insufficient. We understand that you need to maintain profitability, but we believe most customers wouldn’t mind paying an extra dollar (e.g., $9 to $10) if the quality were higher. The masala

I ordered chicken 65 biriyani and i paid for extra price with doordash for delivery and the portion they delivered is a single portion. I used to order from them and pick up the same biriyani and it was enough for 2 people but now a days very bad portions and bad quality of the food. Raita had a very bad smell as well. I will never ever order from them again and will not recommend to anyone. They are now very very bad with taste and portions. So disappointed. I would have given minus 5 rating if possible

We ordered three dosas and three biryanis. They gave us one dosa after five minutes, then one biryani. After that, they brought one more biryani and two dosas. By the way, the dosas were not properly cooked. And when we were leaving, about 30 minutes after the last item, they told us that we still had one biryani left.

Very disappointing experience at Falour E Alzam. We waited more than 1 hour for just 2 items even though the restaurant was not busy. After making us wait for more than 50 minutes, the staff informed us that one of the items we ordered was unavailable. What’s worse, the payment was already taken while ordering. Poor service and very unprofessional handling of customers.It was first and last time visited this restaurant.
