An Asian restaurant that has a wide range, more traditional but not fully Western Cantonese style. The menu is a mix of Chinese, Indonesian and Thai. The prices are slightly higher than usual but there are lunch specials designed for the local office workers. The only meal I've tried was a decent enough fried rice, which had the inclusion of calimari, oddly enough. There are currently 2 beer taps with decent happy hour prices of $9 to $10. Melbourne Docklands — this beef short rib is seriously next level. Sooooo tender!! Super juicy!! Slightly on the sweeter side, kind of like a honey glaze. Slow-cooked till it’s insanely soft and falling apart. Caught up with a work colleague yesterday who is located at ANZ 833 Collins St and we went to Merchant Society for lunch which is located nearby. This Asian cuisine restaurant is a must if your in this area of Docklands as the staff are so friendly and welcoming with the Restaurant owner working the floor saying hello to all the patrons which is great customer service in my opinion. We ended up ordered Nasi Goreng and Spicy Singapore Noodles that were both absolutely delicious. Highly recommended and you will not be disappointed.
