Went to Edge in Geelong over the Easter long weekend and had a really great experience. I didn’t love the public holiday surcharge, but overall the venue itself was excellent. The food is high-quality pub-style with large, generous servings, and I thought it was very good value for money. The steak sandwich was a standout for me, and the kids menu was great too. They provided colouring activities and crayons for my daughter, which was a really nice touch. The space is huge, with a bar that almost spans the entire length of the venue. Thank you so so much!! We hosted the first activity of our hens weekend at Edge Geelong, selecting their bottomless brunch option and did this exceed our expectations!! The drinks were delicious and perfect, our service was AMAZING and everyone in our group could not stop talking about what a fun start to our day this was. Thank you so much for your hospitality and amazing staff that looked after our table. We would all 100% do this again!

The food at Edge is great, you cannot fault it. Absolutely yummmmm. But the drinks didn't come close to the standard of the food. Yesterday (25/4), we ordered a Limoncello Spritz and what was made for us was a flat winey concoction that was sub standard. We went to the bar to complain and the lady said it was made by the book but gave us half a glass of lemonade to add to it. That made it a little better but it was flat. Did the staff use a Chardonnay instead of a bubbly Prosecco?? Unfortunately won't be ordering that again. Can the staff please look at this because it was quite disappointing.
