My friend requested to swap the poached eggs to scrambled eggs in the Veggie Haven meal & was told 'no' due to a set menu & the cooks being too busy. I completely understand when kitchen staff are snowed under but how often do these people have these types of requests? Maybe never. They accommodated in the end but aside from that, my Eggs Benedict was ok. The restaurant was clean & well decorated for the Christmas season. Good variety of hot & cold foods & drinks available. The way staff interact with patrons can make all the difference of customers returning.

Food is bit of hit and miss. Ate here twice. First time experience was better. Eggs benedict and breakfast burger were nice. The environment was enjoyable and staff service was great.

I visited here during a slow weekday morning. The space felt open, with natural light streaming in, and there was room to spread out with a book. I had a bowl of granola with fruit, which was fresh and not too sweet, and a flat white that tasted smooth. The staff were easygoing and didn’t rush me, so I stayed a while just relaxing.

Dissapointed and overpriced! Ordered a pie $9.5 and a Sausage roll $7.50 takeaway from what i assumed was a hot box but they both came cold. After calling the cafe i was told to put them in a oven / microwave (that i dont have at my hotel).
