First time customers at this lovely family run restaurant, and from first impressions to departing, everything was very good 👍 We found the table service a bit hit and miss, due to a young and inexperienced staff member - and that’s perfectly understandable The menu covers an excellent range and our meals arrived promptly, even with a busy venue Everything arrived as ordered with great presentation, flavour and freshness 🏆 It’s a licensed venue with plenty of off street parking behind or across Torquay Road. Access is directly from the footpath, without steps 👍 We’ll happily return to

I rang my order through at 4.50pm to pick up at 5.50pm. I rang early so that I would give them plenty of notice to get my order ready. I got to the restaurant at 5.50 and paid immediately. I was told it would be ready soon. I waited and waited and waited.I asked several times how it was going, and was told it was nearly ready. After about half and hour, I asked the nice young guy that was working the takeaway checkout if I could speak to whoever was in charge. He went into the kitchen and said the chef would come out when he had finished cooking. I waited longer. Then I asked if I could just h
