The sugar-coated meat donut was a strong opening statement. It was delicious, creative and set my expectations high. The Caramel Short Rib from the smoker specialty section was a colourful and very generous plate of food. The meat was as tender as it can be, and everything tasted well, but it lacked a bit of oomph. I did not detect any smokiness and the beautiful caramel flavour was only on the thin fatty top layer and in a somewhat thin sauce. Came here to try the meat donut and it was the most amazing savoury donut I’ve ever had! Sugary on the outside with the perfect flavour of meat inside. Didn’t need the red spicy sauce tbh. The donut eaten by itself was just perfect! Lovely variety of smoked meats. Our favourite were the ones on the bone. Lamb ribs with chimichurri sauce. Beef ribs with bone marrow mash. The Black Forest tiramisu was huge! Exceptional service from the staff, very friendly to kids, even lent their Spider-Man toy for the kids to play with! Will be back for more donuts 🍩

Excellent service and incredible food. Highly recommend the beef short ribs and the dry-aged cheeseburger – the flavours truly speak for themselves. The attention to detail is evident in every dish.
