This was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. The venue allows dogs, yet they won’t allow anyone under 18 to remain on the premises. We were asked to leave just as our food was about to arrive, and our order had to be refunded. What made the situation even worse was that the staff expected the children under 18 to leave while the adults stayed inside, leaving the kids to wait for their parents. That is an unreasonable and concerning way to handle the situation. To make matters worse, the signage is confusing and doesn’t clearly explain the policy. If this is how the venue operat

Impressive pub located on the Main Street. Between the beer garden out back, long dining room and front bar area, the pubs location and view of the river nearby was well worth the stop. We had lunch and the food was not only delicious, but priced well. Also everyone was really friendly.

Excellently located within the bustling Sydney CBD - an old-timey feeling pub with lots of design character. Great to drop into for a quick bev after a challenging work day. It appears the downstairs level is undergoing renovation, even while remaining operational. It has the potential to be a true British-vibes pub, let's hope they get it right!

The staff working in the pub section on 30/5/26 were extremely rude. The girl with the curly brown hair failed to tell my family that under 18s were not allowed at this time (1pm). Despite my 16 yo brother only wanting to have a meal with my family including parents. Once our meal arrived a lady (blonde bun) proceeded to kick us out forcing us to pack our meals into take away containers. Completely unprofessional. Would have appreciated at least being told before we ordered food. Won’t ever be returning.
