Visited during the busy lunch hour, and as expected, the place was packed. The queue was long, so I opted to order online. Even then, the wait time was a little longer due to the rush, but it was understandable given how busy it gets. The food itself was excellent. Fresh, flavorful, and definitely worth the wait. I really liked that they have a dedicated space for sauces, onions, and jalapeños, which makes it convenient for customers to customise their meals. Quite disappointed this morning, I ordered a coffee through the app and waited 5-10 minutes at the store for this when there were 0 customers or orders, and majority of employees were too busy chatting and socialising - even heard the phrase from one employee to the next “oh you’re so handsome”. Finally received my coffee, only to walk back to my office and find this has a cracked lid making it impossible to drink properly.

I am reaching out to bring attention to the poor experience I had at Guzman y Gomez Martin Place on 19 Feb at about 5:30pm. I hope this feedback can be used to improve service quality and ensure a better experience for future customers. Firstly, the serving size of the chicken in my order was noticeably small. I had to ask the clerk to add more, which should not have been necessary. Portion consistency is essential, and this fell below expectations. Secondly, as clearly stated on my receipt, I requested water but never received it. A simple request like this should not be overlooked. Lastly

I love gyg but the chips in this shop are always terrible. I ordered the queso fries as they are are amazing in other locations but the soggy, cold and under cooked chips today was one of the worst iv ever had, you really need to improve as other locations can get it write, its not the first time this has happened either
