Such slow service, waited half an hour for my app order in drive thru. I ordered two whopper jr burgers. Management needs to be changed, or staff need to be taught properly. This is not acceptable.

A Junior Whopper. 4 team members on the floor all working hard, so hard the poor lil guys they had no time for sauce, tomatoes, let's not forget the tiny lil piece of lettuce. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING HJ's. The owner of this one should hand in his franchise to someone who actually cares about their team and business. No will won't be back. EVERY HJ's in Werribee to Hoppers crossing to Wyndham are serving THE MOST UNDERATED FOOD. COLD OR JUST NO SALAD. OR NO SAUCE.

I had a bad experience at this store while picking up a DoorDash order Saturday around 6:30 I asked the manager politely about the order status, but she responded rudely and said, “Don’t put the phone in my face, when it’s ready I will let you know.” The order was already ready, but the way she spoke was very disrespectful. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this behavior from the same store. Most of the time the manager behaves rudely toward drivers. I always try to be polite and professional while doing deliveries. Hopefully I won’t receive orders from this store again

The customer service was good and everyone was nice but when i ordered my food, I asked her if she could make it vegan, by swapping it, and taking out the mayo and the meat, when i take a bite out of the burger, there’s mayo, I ask her if it’s vegan, she says yes, so I resume eating, and then on my other vegan burger it has no mayo, after that I search does hungry jack have vegan mayo and it says no, I call them and they said they could replace, and it’s late I already broke my fast, after 53 days this one incident broke my fast.
