First time ever trying Der Streirer. I’ve ordered a soup with liver dumpling, goulash, Steirer salad and to conclude home made strudel. The soup, extremely delicious and delicate, not the biggest fan of liver and despite that I really like the liver dumpling. The goulash, incredibly tender and juicy meat served with two slices of hot traditional polenta and a spicy pepper, great taste. Der Steirer is a fantastic place to experience authentic Styrian cuisine in the heart of Graz. The restaurant has a lively and welcoming atmosphere, combining traditional Austrian style with a modern touch.
