Initially, I thought it might be crowded or busy, but we were actually drawn in by the Japanese items they offered. I’ve always wanted to try authentic Japanese food, and Kuisine had a variety of Japanese menu options, which was a big attraction for me. I ordered their chicken sushi, and while it was good, I realized that Japanese food culture is quite different from Bangladeshi tastes. It wasn’t bad at all, but it didn’t match my expectations for something extremely exciting flavor-wise, simply because the flavor profile is different. One of the finest restaurants in Chittagong. Their interior, ambience was really nice, the view from the restaurant is also great. We ordered Texan Fest and two iced lemon teas. The mushrooms, chicken steak, rice, sauteed vegetables were great, the beef steak could've been a bit more tender, the complimentary peri peri sauce was nice too.
