We often visit on Friday mornings, but I felt bad because one of the staff members was so unkind. He doesn't let us sit in front of the TV (no one is coming during our 2 hours), he pretend not to be able to order, and he is unfriendly when we call. I'm wondering if I should keep visiting here because I spent a lot of money and felt bad. I feel like I'm being racist because I get this service every time. I'm curious about the restaurant's position. The food is delicious. ———————————————————— Since the last unfriendliness, the staff has apologized and the service mind seems to have improved. The coffee is still delicious. So I have no choice but to stay here. Thanks.

Wonderful upscale, trendy place offering all sorts of snacks and food. Tried their coffee and mango smoothie which was just amazing. Offers a very well kept environment and different kinds of cakes, baked goods. They have a rather vast menu. Highly recommended. It is in the bottom floor of the Pinensula hotel. A little pricey but still the food is on point. Btw, also try the French fries and mushroom soup.

So we ordered the gourmet burger, potato wedges, mushroom soup and various coffees. gourmet burger was really good, fresh burger patty, mushroom soup wasn't bad either, however the potato wedges tasted terrible, as though fried in days old oil. When I complained, the waiter said, mam these are not deep fried, these are imported. lol. What does that even mean. I requested to cancel the order. Now moving on to the beverages, we ordered cafe mocha, they gave us caramel mocha. When I notified them, they simply changed the cup and resent the same drink, insulting our intelligence. After pointng out yet again about the drink, they begrudgingly got the right drink. Unbelievably terrible service. totally not fit to operate under the label of '5' star. A shame really.

My friends and I love coming to Saint's Cafe at the Peninsula. The staff are incredibly friendly and truly couldn’t be more helpful, especially Santa who is extremely kind, and Mehedi, Nikhut and Ruman are great as well. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is fun and relaxed. I would definitely recommend Saint's Cafe!

Average food with an extortionate price. They add 15% VAT, a 15% supplementary charge, and a 10% Service charge, with technically no service at all. Anything you order, you end up paying 45% extra on top of the already heightened price. Interestingly, they didn't even give me a receipt. Overall, it's a complete extortion in terms of money; I've never seen such overcharging anywhere else. Since I never checked the bills in detail before, I didn’t realise this heist earlier. Also, the AC was not working, turning the cafe into a hot oven during these summer days. I don’t know whether they still claim themselves as star-rated or not, but I will def not look forward to visiting them anymore.
