Tamta Dumbadze★★★The fries were crispy but too salty, toast was normal just it had very thin slices of cheese and ham, tea was good, the meatballs were not bad but we found a plastic there... For the service, the waiter was pleasant but we had to reminder her two times for a bill.

In my opinion the Moelleux is a little bit overprized and the coffee (cappuccino) was average (too much milk and foam), BUT the service was outstanding (very chatty and really friendly!!) and the view of the Groenplaats was great. You can observe people and enjoy the sun while sipping coffee after visiting the town. Really nice!
