Had a great experience at Paula Mostaert. We only stopped in for beers and a few light snacks (olives and edamame), but everything was spot on. The service was fantastic … really warm, attentive, and welcoming and the décor made the whole place feel stylish yet relaxed. Even just for drinks and nibbles, it felt like a standout spot. Would happily come back!

The hot dogs felt overrated to me, and I don’t really understand the hype. The sausage was slightly pink and lacked flavour, and overall the hot dog didn’t have much going on in terms of ingredients. Apart from that, after asking for tap water, we were told they were making an exception this time, but that next time they might refuse. I understand places and countries have their own policies, but the way it was communicated felt patronising and unwelcoming. I personally wouldn’t come back.
