Oh, wow, how this place has fallen from grace. It used to be my favourite cafe in Brussels, but it has been completely ruined. First of all, how can you have a barista trying to explain to an Italian what is the difference between a cappuccino and a flat white? And telling us not to use oak milk with espresso, making faces at us when we tell her that we are prepared to take the risk, and then not offering any real milk? I’m all for saving the planet, but this is not the way to do it. And, honestly, who would pay 10 euros for a chai latte? Or 7 euros for a cinnamon bun??? Not even in London

Great coffee and a really nice atmosphere. The Banāa Iced Latte was excellent smooth, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. Definitely one of the best iced lattes I’ve had in Brussels. Friendly service and a great spot to relax or get some work done. Highly recommend!

€8 for an iced latte . I don’t even think I paid that much for one in Copenhagen! Upon walking in the man behind the counter was fully immersed in his phone rather than being prepared for customers. I ordered an iced latte, and my mistake didn’t look at the price. I nearly died when he said €8. He then proceeded to blend what I can assume was coffee and vanilla syrup - no where did I see a fresh shot of espresso being made. I was then served this half blended mixture with some floating ice in a takeaway cup meant for hot drinks, no lid. For a place that has a huge banner outside stating to b

I went there on one of the hottest days last week. It’s with air conditioner, but not cool enough at all. I was heavily sweating and at some point I felt nauseous and a bit dizzy because it was so hot upstairs. I mean, the weather was hot definitely, but it shouldn’t be that bad when you have an airconditioner… The service was also a bit weird. I asked for ice cubes for coke, it was even an exception for them to give me ice cubes. Isn’t it something common in all the cafe place to provide ice cubes for your coke? I also found that there were not enough sockets.
