This is one of the best restaurants i have eaten at in Brussels. We were greeted with respect right when we entered. Our waiter was very respectful and our food came very fast. The menu consists of many different options and my family and I chose the spaghetti bolognese, spaghetti carbonara, and Margherita pizza. They definitely met up the expectations with very flavorful and perfectly cooked food. We ordered the tiramisu as well and by far that was the best tiramisu I have ever eaten. Because we often stay in Brussels, we were very happy to discover this restaurant, and we gladly keep coming back. It’s a beautiful place with very delicious food and friendly staff. The portions are generous, and the desserts are simply perfect. I highly recommend this lovely spot!

I was really let down by Spago in Brussels, mainly due to the food quality. The atmosphere is pretty nice here; there is a large bar area and plenty of seating, so I didn’t feel uncomfortable as a solo diner at all, but I didn’t have a great experience here overall. I found the service to be unattentive, and I did experience long waits to order and pay. I was disappointed with my food too. I went for the gluten-free carbonara, and the portion was huge — there was way too much pasta for one portion to manage, and it felt like it could be split across two people.
