A pleasant, small café right in the city center, with a great outdoor seating area, especially enjoyable on sunny days. The staff is quick and friendly, and the overall atmosphere is very welcoming. The coffee is decent, though there’s some room for improvement. Prices are typical for Belgium. All in all, a good café, recommended.

Really can’t recommend this place enough. It is by far the best coffee place I’ve experienced. A lot of options with some more “out there” options and combinations, great cookies and cakes and whatnot. Very warm and cozy atmosphere but above all the owners themselves really make this place stand out. Excellent service, super sweet AND straightforward with no bs. Every time we go to Hasselt, it’s a MUST for me and my girlfriend to visit KingKongCoffee, and you should make this a habit as well!!
