We requested a certain type of cookie and they stated they did not have any in store when we requested a refund for the unavailable items. They refused and magically had the cookies available in three minutes, as well as that it appears that our burgers were burnt and cold upon being served. I can’t say I will be ordering or taking out from this location again. As someone who has worked in the customer service industry for over seven years this is unacceptable. I would, however, like to thank the one employee for ensuring that our customer needs were somewhat met.

Poor customer service. You can’t even share the app code at the window before payment. I clearly explained that I needed the code to log in, and she agreed to provide it at the window. However, when I arrived, she refused, which forced me to cancel the order. Very disappointing experience.

We had an excellent visit at McDonald's today. My coffee wasn’t quite right, but the staff was very friendly and quickly replaced it. Great service!

we got three fountain drinks, a mchicken, and a poutine. mcchicken was dry but that’s normal for this place. the poutine speaks for itself. i thought maybe some gravy had seeped down into the fries but no, what you see was all i got for maybe 2 cups of fries. most fries were totally dry despite it being a sauce forward food. i don’t know if the people making it were high teenagers or what but they did us dirty w this
