I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Harvey’s. I ordered a burger and was served what can only be described as a bare minimum interpretation of one. No sauce. No vegetables. Just a dry patty between a bun, as if flavor and basic toppings were optional upgrades I forgot to unlock. Harvey’s has built its reputation on customization and freshness, which makes this even more confusing. We had such a great experience here! The food was amazing — fresh, hot, and really tasty. Homi was especially wonderful.  Very friendly, kind, and welcoming. She really made our visit enjoyable. Went in the drive thru to order but needed to add 2 items. Upon entering first thing noticed was that this place was pristinely clean!! Yes the building may be older, but the upkeep is outstanding. The door handles looked ok to touch, and the ground was free from dirt. At the counter when ordering, it was very noticeable that being a clean restaurant is a top priority. There were NO food particles, dust, crumbs or possible “juices” under the bottled sauce containers that can drip. The counters were clean.
