Dropped by for a quick bite cause I wanted to try the new smashburgers. I tried the double smash burger combo. The food came out lightning quick, like literally within 2 minutes. The smashburger itself was kind of meh, a bit too salty and not really that different than their normal burger. I think I still prefer the teen burger over it. The fries were incredibly fresh, literally right out of the fryer pipping hot. The soda machine oddly enough doesn't have an ice dispenser? Not sure if it's hidden or I'm just blind. I had a very disturbing experience at this A&W location in the morning after 7:00 AM. I ordered a Spicy Piri Potato Buddy / Masala Veggie, but I was given a non-vegetarian patty (chicken or beef) instead. Unfortunately, I had already taken 2–3 bites before realizing it was not vegetarian. I am a strict vegetarian, and this mistake caused me significant distress. After that, I experienced severe vomiting and felt very weak. This is a serious issue, not a minor error. I come to this location often on Fridays and the lady at the drive thru window is one of the kindest people I’ve dealt with. She’s always friendly and smiling which makes the experience better. The food is also always hot and freshly made to order. I highly recommend this location!

I came in for lunch today and when I arrived I needed to use the washroom. I asked the employee behind the counter for the washroom code, and she very abruptly said “well, are you going to buy something after??Because the washroom is only for customers!” I understand and appreciate that policy, but there was absolutely no need to be rude about it. Don’t worry, thankfully I was able to go to Wendy’s down the street, use the washroom, and then order a very yummy lunch.
