Decided to try a different shawarma spot for a change as I’m struggling to find a great place in the Cambridge area. Needless to say, this was the most disappointing experience I have had in Cambridge BY FAR. They offer an option via Uber Eats where you can add up to 3 sauces. As you can see in the attached picture, there are three sauces selected, yet ZERO on the meal itself. I can’t help but just laugh. Tried phoning the store before writing this, but unfortunately, no number in service on their website. Really hoping this is a one off and management can make an attempt to rectify this.

My family and I love visiting Leymoon. Staff are always very friendly, welcoming and helpful with suggestions. Food is hot, delicious and made to order. The falafel is excellent as are the in house made sauces. The pita bread is fresh. Portion sizes never leave you feeling hungry. The restaurant itself is clean and quiet. Ive always felt that the employees genuinely appreciate my business which makes it easy to go back. Keep it up, Leymoon!

Honestly, I’m extremely disappointed with the way I was treated today at Leymoon. I come here almost every day after the gym and have always supported this place, but today I simply asked about a wrap and the staff spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful manner. Customer service and respect matter the most, and sadly I didn’t receive either today. This was my last time visiting. If a restaurant can’t respect loyal customers, they don’t deserve the support. I’ll also be telling my entire friend circle, who regularly come here as well, not to visit anymore. Very bad experience.
