My girlfriend and I had dinner at Bennie’s for the first time, and honestly, it will be our last. I ordered the ribs with chicken, fries, and a drink, and my partner got the chicken bowl salad. The total was about $55, which is fair for today — but definitely not for what we ended up getting. My food started off okay, but the ribs tasted completely off and were barely warm inside. We have been to this restaurant 2 years ago. It was good but I forgot to submit my review. I like that they have tall benches by the window. I know a lot of customers like this kind of setting especially when you come here by yourself. Chicken is well cooked but soft and the skin is crispy. I’d say it’s a bit more superior to the other Benny’s I have been to. The setting here is a bit different. The playhouse is smaller and there’s no television in there. I ordered from skip the dishes so I can't rate the "service & atmosphere ". The food was very good, the presentation of my garden salad is nice but my breaded chicken wrap didn't really have a great presentation as it only had ONE small piece of chicken finger in each half. Very disappointing!! Wasn't filling and definitely not worth the price for what they offer, it's a shame. I guess it's a good thing, I'll loose weight instead of gain 🙃
