This location is the worst chatime location I’ve ever been to. Ordered the Thai milk tea and the tea dust is still in the drink which leaves a rough taste in my throat. I don’t know if they’ve changed the formula or way it’s made but previous times I’ve ordered the Thai milk tea it tasted strong and did not have the extra tea dust left in it. Either way the drink should not taste as if it’s been brewed with unwashed hands and watered down. I gave this location one more chance after similar experiences with the drinks but at this point I believe it’s the workers and location itself.

I had no idea we even had this place in town... a friend had recommended we go and I'm glad we did Great service here, the ladies ate quite friendly. Flavours are on point, boba/pearls were soft, and fresh, everything was perfect Cozy little shop in a plaza with plenty of parking

I used to really like Chatime but it feels like all the drinks have gone downhill lately. They taste so artificial and overly sweet despite asking for reduced sugar. This used to be a go to summer drink place for me and now I choose to spend my money at bubble tea places that use real ingredients instead of fake syrups. I ordered a strawberry matcha latte, and it was a perfect 10/10. I loved the place too – it was very clean and well-organized. I also appreciated that they offer no sugar and less ice options at no extra cost.
