Says they close indoors at a certain time, yet for some reason they're always closed early? I ordered a medium French vanilla and they barely filled it. At this point I should order a small and save money. Please do better

This Tim Hortons seems to be a gross atmosphere as the store is messy some of the workers are rude not only to customers but also to one another. I got served my coffee with lids on them that look like they were lids that had been sitting behind or under a machine and stained with old nasty coffee over time and then was put on my coffees. Tim Hortons stores arent as clean as they used to take pride in the stores and always running out of items that they should never run out of and never did. If you're closed early are in the make sure you set up the Timmy's app to refer to that so that way I don't waste my money!! It's supposed to be 24-hour Tim Hortons here. This is for all the working people. It's not the first time of this situation at a few Tim Hortons especially around the holidays. Why I'm writing this review because I was sitting at the first step at the speaker for like a minute until I got up to the window to know what's going on, just dead air no sign no nothing at the order intercom.
