Honest review. Saw fly sitting on donuts inside the shelf. No employee seems to noticed it. But the most terrible part is that there is barely anyone at counter and you can be left in line for order for 10 mins. So idk what the heck the manager is doing ! not scheduling more staff. ----- Update ----- MORE FLIES!!! infestation. look at the pictures. ----- Update ----- Received a shameless general email from Tim customer service. "Please know that I will follow up with the restaurant to ensure your concerns are addressed. We always appreciate hearing from valued guests. Your feedback help

Horrible horrible experience. We stood in line for 10 min and never were served. No one would come out to do their job. One guy was refunding someone while no one else bothered to come out and serve anyone on the other cash….but workers were randomly roaming around and saw that people were waiting. One worker even came to the cash and then decided he didn’t want to serve anyone and left us waiting

Worst Tim Hortons service I have ever received. Waited to be served in person was ignored for over 5 minutes. Ordered from self serve. Waited over 10 minutes while many others were served in person before me. Then my order was deleted. Had to ask to be served and then took another 5 minutes. Two drinks and a muffin. Ridiculous!

It’s so frustrating in morning between 7 to 7.30 am when I clearly ask for chai and they just throw a teabag in steep tea like it’s the same thing every single time. I don’t have time to keep coming back or waiting around especially when I need my tea for work. It feels like they’re not even listening or caring about what I want, and that’s really disappointing. This happens with me 3-4 times please listen order and then check order so that you guys can make correct things
