Excellent location, next to my workplace, so I go every day for a tea and cookie. The staff are very friendly , energetic and efficient. The Supervisor Kim is very nice and makes sure this facility is well run.

I visited here around 6:35 am and ordered and A medium iced coffee through drive through the lady who was taking order was so rude the first thing i said while ordering was MEDIUM iced coffee with extra base and cream with espresso foam on top and everything bagel nd so on, then i saw the screen it was written L iced coffe i said that i want medium not large and i said ut she said you did not said anything so we do large i said that was the first thing i said she said you did not its your problem and now its ready drive through she was so rude.. and then i decided to order another coffee throu

This review is long overdue. This location is an absolute joke. The level of service and the quality of the products are honestly insulting. This morning, I visited the location inside the Esso gas station at Walkers Line and Dundas (near Halton Family Health Centre, just so there’s no confusion). I ordered a Vanilla Iced Capp, and what I received looked awful dark, watery, and more like an iced coffee than an Iced Capp. Completely unappealing and nowhere near what it’s supposed to look like.
