We checked out Boketto for the first time for their cherry blossom specials in March. We got the mango sticky rice matcha latte and blossom sundae. The mango sticky rice matcha latte was definitely the winner, not too sweet and the flavour was strong. The blossom sundae was good too but we felt like it was a bit too icy, the matcha sundae seems to be the better option. The prices are a bit higher than average. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The interior is very nice and a great place to spend time catching up with a friend or studying.

Sadly was not impressed with this place. I ordered the Dubai sundae and my partner got the mango smoothie. Neither one had any taste. I’m not sure if they’re adding a lot of ice to their products but that’s what it seems like: crushed up ice. Place was clean, but they have three giant TV screens but none of them have the menu on them. Instead customers have to crowd around a printed out menu right by the cash register. Checked out Boketto for the first time last night. Tried their seasonal Sundae for the Mid-Autumn festival and then a jasmine/blueberry twist cone. Both were great and I especially liked the tea soft serve (strong flavour and not too sweet). The staff member working last night (9/21/2024) around 9:30pm was awesome! Super friendly and upbeat despite it being close to the end of their shift. The interior space is very nice and I could easily spend time in there catching up with a friend or reading a book. I'll definitely be back for more!

Kind service staff and chill atmosphere! The food: We stopped by Boketto last week and had a great little date - I had a lychee mango green tea (asked for it without mango syrup and it still tasted great) and my fiancé got a hojicha latte - both were great with lots of flavour (and we ordered 25% sugar). We also had a Cadbury crème egg cookie which was a nice little dessert. The service: The staff was really nice and friendly and went above and beyond to welcome us when we came in and made sure we enjoyed our drinks. I hope they see this so they know their kindness doesn’t go unnoticed <3 T
